April 2020 FACCCA Meeting

Join us for this 2-day FACCCA meeting and training session.  This meeting we will be reviewing the basic regulations and expectations of running a registered home with FACCCA.  Dinner on Thursday evening will be included as well as a continental breakfast on Friday morning.  The meeting will conclude by noon on Friday.

Our special guest speaker for this meeting is Rick Dunham.  Rick is the Founder and CEO of Dunham+Company, a consulting company that works exclusively with faith-based non-profits to help them raise money through fundraising, marketing, and media expertise.  Rick has worked with some of the largest non-profits for over 40 years and currently has clients on 4 continents around the world.  In addition to his responsibilities at Dunham+Company, Rick also sits on the board of The Giving Institute and is the Chair of the board of The Giving USA Foundation, the publisher of the most widely respected report on giving in the USA.  Rick has also authored several well-respected books such as Secure: Discovering True Financial Freedom, If God Will Provide, Why Do We Have to Ask for Money, and Millennial Donors: They’re Not Who You Think They Are.

Rick will be flying in from his office in Dallas, TX to join our meeting on Thursday.  He will speak on several topics that will be a great help to every ministry.  He will be speaking on the Biblical responsibility each of us have to fundraise for our mission.  He will also give us the top 10 mistakes ministries make in marketing and fundraising.  After these, he will be speaking on Legacy Giving--one of the largest untapped resources in non-profit fundraising.  He will end his 3-hour talk with a time of Q/A.  Bring your questions on any topic including marketing, fundraising, media presence, brand awareness, etc.  Rick is very excited to speak to us and all attendees will benefit greatly from his expertise.
