About the Event

This is FACCCA's annual in-person training conference located in Tampa. This year's theme will be TEAMS: Building and Maintaining Great Teams. The 2-day conference will include an in-depth workshop "The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team" based on Patrick Lencioni's same-titled book. The 5 other sessions will include topics relevant to building and maintaining teams such as recruiting/hiring, team culture, staff training, etc. More details for the individual sessions will be released soon!
