WHAT ABOUT MY FAMILY?

Life in the 21st century has brought many changes to the people of the world and especially to our nation. With all the advances in science, medicine and technology it seems ironic that we have also experienced an alarming decline and deterioration of one of our most basic and vital institutions; the Family. Even in non-Christian cultures, a strong family structure is the fabric that bonds the society and serves to elevate the human condition. In America we have experienced wars, a Great Depression and attacks on our financial center, but none of these calamities can rise to the level of loss that we have suffered with the collapse of the American Family. And while every aspect of our society is harmed by this decline, no one is more adversely impacted than our children. Indeed, God's plan for raising children is The Family.

The Florida Association of Christian Child Caring Agencies (FACCCA) exists to provide support, regulation and accreditation to ministries and children's homes in Florida who seek to serve families and their children. These ministries provide a variety of services to those children who are disadvantaged, at risk or without family of their own to care for them. FACCCA aims to ensure that all the homes that have earned their accreditation maintain a level of excellence that surpasses minimum standards and is "God Honoring". All programs are Christ centered, family oriented and function for the sole benefit of the children in their care.
